| Spicy Thai Noodles Serves 4 8 oz rice noodles 6 Tablespoons soy sauce 6 Tablespoons honey ¼ cup sesame oil 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil 2 teaspoons chili paste ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper Toppers peanuts, chopped cilantro, chopped, sesame seeds carrots, sliced into thin strips Get pan over medium heat. Add vegetable and crushed red pepper. Stick for about 30 seconds. Add sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, and chili paste. Stir and cook for a couple of minutes. Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and poor sauce over noodles. Stir well. Serve right away letting everyone pick their own amount and type of topper. Enjoy. Peace, CK |
Basic White Bread Bread Machine Edition
1 1/2 pound loaf 3 cups All purpose flour 1 cup warm water 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 3/4 Tablespoons white sugar 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast 1 ½ teaspoons salt Add water, yeast, sugar, vegetable oil, flour to bread machine bowl. Sprinkle salt over flour. Set option to 1 1/2 pound loaf. Set bread to white bread option. Once bread is done baking, remove to a cooling rack and let cool completely before slicing. If you want to freeze the bread, let it cool completely and put in a freezer bag. If not freezing store in air tight container on the counter or plastic zip lock type bag for a couple of day. Don't store in fridge it will ruin the texture. Enjoy.
