| Grilled Old Bay Shrimp Serves 2 1 lb extra large, shrimp, cleaned, peeled, deveined 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil 3 clove garlic, minced 1 lemon, sliced 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1/8 teaspoon black pepper In a bowl add shrimp and rest of the ingredients. Stir well, set aside for 15 minutes. Heat a grill pan or griddle oven medium heat. Add shrimp in one layer, cook until shrimp turns pink on one side. Add lemons to pan, grill lemons with shrimp. Removed cooked shrimp and to a platter, and finish grilling lemon until charred. Add to serving platter. Serve with cocktail sauce, hot sauce or an aioli. |
