| Penne Alla Vodka Serves 2-3 ½ pound penne 1 cup tomato sauce ½ cup heavy whipping cream 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped Parmesan cheese, shredded 4 Tablespoons vodka 3 Tablespoons butter 2 Tablespoons olive oil ¼ teaspoon sea salt ¼ teaspoons red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoons Italian seasoning 1/8 teaspoon black pepper Prepare pasta according to package directions. Get a pan over medium low heat. Add olive oil and 2 Tablespoons butter. Add onions and cook for 1 minute, add a garlic and cook onions and garlic until soft. Turn off heat and pour in vodka, turn heat back on to medium low. Cook for 4 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce. Drop the heat to low and heavy whipping cream. Add red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and remaining butter. (Didn't show in video) Add pasta to sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve right away. Enjoy.
