| Chicken Lazone serves 4 1 lb chicken raw tenders 1 cup heavy whipping cream 4 Tablespoons butter 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon Kosher salt 1 teaspoon vegetable oil ¼ teaspoon black pepper Season chicken with garlic power, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. In a large pan over medium low heat add vegetable oil and half the butter. When the butter is melted add chicken, cooking just until done on both sides. Remove chicken from pan. Add cream and bring to boil. Reduce to low and let mixture reduce to almost half. Add the rest of the butter, stir and cook until butter is melted and mixed well into the sauce. Add chicken back to pan and baste with sauce. Add chicken back to pan and baste with sauce. Serve over mashed potatoes and and toss on a little parsley if you are feeling it. |
