| Lemon Garlic Tilapia Serves 4 4 tilapia fillets 4 lemon slices Zest of 1 lemon Juice of 1 lemon 3 Tablespoons butter, melted 2 Tablespoons garlic, minced 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley, fresh 1 ¾ teaspoons seasoned salt ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Preheat oven to 425 degrees F or 218 C. Add lemon juice and zest to bowl with butter and mix well with a folk. Mix seasoned salt, black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes in a bowl and mix. Sprinkle seasoned salt blend over tilapia, flip and season the other side. Place fish in a single layer in a 13 by 9 baking dish. Pour butter lemon mixture over fish. Add a slice of lemon over each piece of fish. Bake for 12 minutes, turn on broiler and broil for 3 or 4 minutes more. You're looking for the lemons and the top of the first to char a little.
