| Easy Chicken Tikka Masala serves 4 1 pound, boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bit size pieces 1 14 ounce quality crushed tomatoes ½ cup heavy whipping cream 1 medium onion, chopped 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil 2 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped 1 ½ Tablespoons garam masala ½ teaspoon ground ginger ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper In a large pan over medium heat add oil until shimmers. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook until chicken is halfway brown. Add onions, stir and cook until the onions are soft and the chicken is brown. Add ground ginger, garam masala and crushed tomatoes and stir in well. Bring to boil. Once boiling reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes. Stir in cilantro and heavy whipping cream. Cook on low another 5 minutes. Serve right away. |
