| No Cook Seafood Salad Serves 4 1 large orange, half zested, juiced 1 lime, zested, juiced 1 lemon, zested, juiced 10 oz bagged cooked shrimp, drained 8 oz imitation crab meat, cut into ½ inch pieces ¼ teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper In a large bowl add seafood. In a bowl add juice from orange, lime and lemon. Add zest, salt and pepper mix well. Pour juice mixture over seafood and gently mix. Serve over lettuce or salad blend. Enjoy crackers or bread on the side if desired. |
