| Sausage and Potatoes Breakfast Serves 2 1/2 pound breakfast sausage 1 15 ounce can new potatoes, drained 1/2 cup mushrooms, washed, thinly sliced 1/2 cup red onions, thinly sliced 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes salt to taste pepper to taste In a pan over medium low heat stir and brown sausage. Drain and set aside. In same pan over medium low heat melt the butter. Add mushrooms, onions, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes and stir and cook until vegetables become soft. Add drained new potatoes. Cook and stir until potatoes get to the golden brown. Add sausage back and warm through. Enjoy. Peace, CK |
