Makes 4 patties
1 Pound Ground Beef
1 10 oz can condensed French onion soup
3 T bread crumbs
2 T water
2 T ketchup
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 ½ t flour
¼ t mustard powder
¼ t garlic powder
¼ t salt
1/8 t black pepper
In a large mixing bowl add 1/3 soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Shape into four ovals about ¾ inch thick. In a large nonstick pan with the heat on medium.
Brown the patties on both sides. Remove from pan. Wipe down pan.
While the meat is browning mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk until smooth. Add meat back to the pan, pour over the gravy meat, cover the pan and simmer this for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy.
