| Ramen Veggie Beef Bowl Serves 4 2 ½ cups of water 2 three ounce packs ramen beef or chicken noodles soups plus their seasoning packets 3 cups sugar snap pea stir fry mix 1 pound ground beef 2 green onions sliced thinly ½ teaspoon soy sauce ½ teaspoon Seasoned rice vinegar ¼ teaspoon black pepper sriracha (optional) Break up the noodles a bit, set aside. In a large pot, or dutch oven over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain. Stir in 1 of the 2 seasoning packets into the ground beef set aside. In same pot add water soy sauce, additional packet, seasoned rice vinegar, black pepper, vegetables and noodles. Stir well. Bring mixture to a boil. Cook until noodles are your desired consistency. Stir in ground beef. Sprinkle with green onions and serve with sriracha if you like. |
