Peach Ice Cream Makes 3 ½ quarts 2 15 oz can peaches, drained 1 ¼ cup heavy whipping cream 1 cup whole milk 1 cup sugar 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 1 pinch salt ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional) Have two plastic containers or ice cream containers ready. Also have some plastic wrap ready to go. Puree drained peaces in a food processor, or blender. In a larger measuring cup add all other ingredients. Stir well to incorporate everything. Stir in peach puree. Ice Cream Maker Directions Ice cream maker pour turn on maker and pour ice cream mix inside and let it churn and until thick, creamy and looks like ice cream. Scoop soft serve ice cream into ice cream containers, place a layer of plastic wrap on top of ice cream. return to the freezer until ice cream becomes harder. No matter what Ice cream maker you use when the ice cream is ready you will have soft serve until is frozen further. No Ice Cream Maker Directions You need a clean, dry, large, and shallow plastic food container. The reason is we want to get the ice cream mixed and frozen as quick as possible. When the ice cream is ready you can transfer it into 2 quart ice cream containers. Pour the ice cream mix into the container place the top on the container and find a nice flat place to lay container in the freezer. Let the mixture freeze 30 minutes. Remove from freezer and stir up the mixture. Return to freeze and repeat process every 30 minutes until you have soft serve ice cream. Scoop soft serve ice cream into ice cream containers, place a layer of plastic wrap on top of ice cream. return to the freezer until ice cream becomes harder. To serve pull ice cream out of the freezer and let relax on counter until it's scoop-able. Maybe 10-15 minutes depending on how hot your kitchen is. Seen in this video, son!
