| Fried Egg Grilled Cheese Sandwich Serves 2 4 eggs 2 slices Colby Pepper Jack Cheese 2 slices American cheese Butter to taste Salt and Pepper to taste Tabasco sauce (optional) In a nonstick pan over medium low heat add about a teaspoon of butter and let melt. Add one or two eggs, season with sea salt, black pepper, and Tabasco sauce if desired. Cook eggs to desired level and flip. Set aside. Butter four slices of bread on one side with room softened butter while eggs are cooking. (I know I didn't do this in the video but it's the best way) Add one piece of buttered bread, butter side down back to the pan. Add the two cooked eggs and one slice each of Colby Pepper Jack cheese and one slice of American cheese. Top with buttered side of bread. Flip cook on low until the cheese melts and the sandwich is rich golden brown. Enjoy. Peace, CK |
