1 lb Ground beef
1 lb macaroni
8 oz American cheese slices, chopped
1/4 c onions, chopped
3 Roma tomatoes
3 cups beef broth
1/2 c water
1 1/4 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T dry mustard
1/4 c chopped dill pickles
1/4 t salt
1/4 t black pepper
In a large pot add onions and ground beef.
Brown the ground beef on medium heat, drain off fat and return to pot.
Add all other ingredients EXCEPT CHEESE AND PICKLES. Stir well and bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and cook for until macaroni is done, about 12-15 minutes.
Stir in cheese and pickles. Check for seasoning, if needed add more salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
