1/2 recipe of uncooked and stuffed Homemade Ravioli (or some fresh cheese ravioli from the grocery store)
1 c Italian bread crumbs
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c buttermilk
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Dip each filled ravioli first in the buttermilk and then the bread crumbs and place on a plate.
Pour about 3 inches of oil in big pot under medium heat. Fry these in small batches at 335 degrees and become golden brown and crispy. Flipping occasionally.
Remove to a cooling rack, and sprinkle them with salt, and Parmesan cheese. Serve with store bought or homemade marinara sauce or pizza sauce. Enjoy.
