| Brown Sugar Bacon Brussels Sprouts Serves 3 10 oz bag, frozen Brussels sprouts 4 Tablespoon butter ½ cup light brown sugar ¼ lb bacon cut into bite size pieces 1/8 teaspoon black pepper Preheat oven to 350 f. Cut Brussels sprouts in half and put in baking dish. Add brown sugar, bacon and black pepper. Mix well. Add butter to the top. Bake for 30 minutes, drain off liquid and place back in oven until bacon crisp up. Serve right away. |
