Broccoli And Walnut Salad
Serves 2 2 cups broccoli florets, cut large ones into bit size pieces 2 green onions, whites and greens sliced 2 slices cooked bacon, broken or chopped into small bits 2 Tablespoons raisins 1 ½ Tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar 1 ½ Tablespoon vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon sunflower seeds 1 Tablespoon walnuts 1 Tablespoon sugar In a zip top bag add the sugar, vinegar and oil. Zip the bag up and shake into ingredients come together. Add broccoli to a medium bowl and add raisins and green onions. Pour over dressing and mix with broccoli well. Add remember of ingredients, toss and serve. Enjoy. Peace, CK |
