Serves 4
1 Pound, flank, top sirloin, or skirt steak thinly sliced
5 slices ginger, sliced thin
½ cup onions, diced
3 T Vegetable oil
1 T soy sauce
½ T honey
½ T rice wine
1 t corn starch
½ t salt
In a large bowl mix soy sauce, rice wine, corn starch, and salt. Add beef and mix that well. In a frying pan under medium high heat add oil. Add beef mixture and stir-fry until done.
Remove from heat, add 1 T oil. Add onions and ginger and stir-fry until vegetables are translucent. Add the meat back and heat through. Serve with cooked noodles, rice, or stir-fried vegetables. Enjoy.
