Serves 6
1 pound ground beef
8 ounces egg noodles
1 cup chopped onions
6 ounces Portobello mushrooms, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups of chicken gravy
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Cook noodles according to package directions. Over medium heat sauté ground beef, onions and mushrooms until the ground beef is browned and onions are tender.
Drain. Return to stove lower heat and then add garlic, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir around for a minute, then add the gravy and stir in well.
Turn off the heat and add sour cream, mix well. Serve over noodles. Enjoy.
