Now when I’m reclining at the house watching movies I can recreate the experience by hooking up one of these bad boys.
Butterfinger candy bars are really good on their own. Love’em. But when you stuff them in quality vanilla ice cream and slide in some peanut butter it’s just so good.
Oh of course you can add some whipped cream to the top of the shake before adding the butterfinger crumbs on top.
Butterfinger Milkshake
Makes 1 Shake
2 c quality vanilla ice cream
1 ½ Butterfinger regular sized candy bar
1/4 cup milk
2 T Half and Half
1 T peanut butter
1 pinch salt
Using blender crush cookies but leave lots of chunky bits. I like to do it like this to make sure I don’t over mix them into the shake. Remove to bowl and set aside.
Add all other ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Reserving about 1 tablespoon of the crumbs for a topper add the rest of the Butterfingers crumbs back to the blender with the smooth ice cream mixer and give it a couple more pulses or stir the crumbs in.
Pour into a tall glass, add straw and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Enjoy.
Peace,
CK
