1 ¼ cup of Nutella spread
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
¼ cup of Nutella (yes, more Nutella)
10 gram crackers long sheets, crushed
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup softened butter
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
1 Tablespoon powdered sugar
You can just use a store bought gram cracker crust instead of making your own.
Mix softened butter, sugar and crushed gram crackers in a bowl really well with your fingers. Press into pie plate. Toss in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Remove gram cracker crust from refrigerator, or grab you're ready made crust. Spread the ¼ cup of Nutella over the bottom of crust with a offset spatula or back of a spoon. Return to refrigerator.
While the crust is in the refrigerator add cold whipping cream to a large bowl. Using a hand mixer whip cream for 30 seconds, add powered sugar and continue to whip until you have stiff peaks. Remove 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and set aside.
Remove the rest of the whipping cream to another bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Wipe down large mixing bowl used to make heavy cream then add cream cheese and Nutella and mix until smooth with hand mixer. Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream with spatula.
Grab crust from refrigerator and add filling, smooth the top and chill for at least 5 hours.
Then it's ready to serve. Use reserved whipped cream for topping for individual servings. Enjoy.
