| Chicken Artichoke And Pesto Pizza Makes 4 servings 1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust 1/2 cup prepared pesto 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast 1 14 ounce jar, marinated artichoke hearts, drained 1 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 1/4 Grated Parmesan cheese Directions Preheat oven to 375°. Add olive oil to 12 inch baking pan. Add crust then add pesto to crust. Add marinated artichoke hearts and chicken evenly over pizza. Add mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and add Parmesan cheese. Slice into 8 slices, 2 slices per serving. |
