Makes 12 cups 1 pound of ground beef, browned and drained 2 15 ounce cans dark kidney beans 1 15 ounce can black beans, drained 1 15 ounce can of corn 1 10 ounce can diced tomatoes and green chilies 3 ½ Tablespoons taco seasoning mix 3 Tablespoons ranch dressing mix 1 Tablespoon onion powder 1 teaspoon seasoned salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper In a large pot over medium low heat add all the ingredients and stir well. Bring to boil. Check for seasonings. Reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Serve. Enjoy. Peace, CK |
