Strawberry Sauce
Makes about 1 1/4 cup
Ingredients
10 oz frozen strawberries
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan over medium low heat. Stir mixture well and let it cook for 10-15 minutes. Put mixture in a blender and blend until smooth. Before removing it from the blender taste for sweetness level and a bit more sugar if you like.
Place strainer over a bowl and pour mixture over it, straining away the seeds. Pour into a squeeze bottle. This keeps for 5 days in the refrigerator. Enjoy.
