4-5 medium sized russet potatoes, washed, and cut into wedges
3 Tablespoons bacon fat, vegetable oil, or olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Baking sheet with parchment, or foil. If using foil brush on a thin layer of oil or lightly spray with cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl add seasonings, stir well. Add potatoes and coat with seasonings. Add bacon fat or oil and toss thoroughly. Add potatoes to baking sheet in one layer. Bake potatoes 30-50 minutes flipping halfway through. Bake until crispy and golden brown. Serve right away. Enjoy.
