Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies!
1 ¾ cup all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup Resse’s Pieces
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup butter
3/4 cup chocolate chunks
1 Tablespoon plus ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ t baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. In stand mixer add brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract, egg, creamy peanut butter and mix on medium until creamy and light in color. Then add the salt, baking soda, and flour.
Mix until just combined. Next add Reese’s Pieces and the chocolate chunks and use the stir setting until everything is combined.
Scoop out 2 Tablespoons of dough for each cookie. Lightly roll dough ball into a round, place on parchment paper and press down a little bit of the round. Repeat until you have filled your baking sheet. They can be very close together.
Cover sheet with plastic wrap and move sheet to refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degree oven.
Grab another baking sheet add some cookies to sheet 2 inches apart and bake for 10 minutes. Return baking sheet cookie dough rounds back into the refrigerator until needed.
Let cool for 5 minutes, move to cooling rack and complete with rest of cookies. Enjoy.
