4 Chicken Thighs
3/4 cup of BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of oil

It was only two of use for dinner so I only made 2 thighs in the video.
Clean, and season chicken with salt and pepper. Coat chicken in flour. Pour the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. When the oil gets hot fry chicken on both sides until golden. Dip chicken or ladle chicken in BBQ Sauce and put in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, baste with more sauce and bake an additional 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let chicken rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
