10 ounces of slice pickling cucumbers, cut into spears 1 2/3 cup of water ¾ cup white vinegar 1 ½ Tablespoons dried dill ½ Tablespoon salt 2 teaspoon sugar 1 clove garlic, chopped In a medium pot over medium high heat add water, vinegar, salt and sugar. In a large mason jar or a glass bowl with top add cucumbers, dill, and garlic. Stir well and set aside. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved and come to a boil. Let cool completely. Pour over the awaiting cucumber mixture. Place the lid on top and place in refrigerator for two days. Now they’re ready to eat. Enjoy. Peace, CK |
