Lasagna
Serves 6
1 lb ground beef
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 lasagna noodles
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
28 oz marinara sauce
Olive oil
Brown ground beef, drain and set aside.
Cook noodles according to package directions, and then cut the noodles in half. In a 8×8 baking dish ladle in 1/4 of the marinara sauce, layer noodles, half of the beef, then 1/4 of the sauces, salt, pepper, and 1/3 of the cheese.
Add another layer of noodles, 1/4 of the sauce, salt, pepper, ground beef, and another 1/3 of the cheese. Finish with the noodles, remaining sauce, salt and pepper, and the rest of the cheese. Drizzle some olive oil over the top if desired.
Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until the cheese gets a little brown and bubbles. Enjoy.
