bourbon glazed ham 1 fully cooked ham
1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup bourbon 1/4 cup molasses 1/4 cup orange juice 3/4 Tablespoon mild Dijon mustard 1/8 teaspoon black pepper Place all ingredients in a sauce pan, turn the heat to low. Stir or whisk until glaze is smooth and until it thickens a bit. Bake ham according to package directions, with the addition of basting with the glaze every 15 minutes with a pasty brush after the first 1/2 hour of baking. I like to bake these types of hams at 335 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve right away. Enjoy. Peace, CK |
