2 T flour
2 T pickled jalapeno, diced (from a jar)
1 T vegetable oil
1/4 t turmeric
1/4 t red pepper flakes
I/4 t paprika
1/8 t black pepper
1/8 t salt
1 diced jalapeno (optional garnish)
