Serves 3 - 6
Ingredients:
6 thin cut pork chops or 4 medium thick pork chops
3/4 cup of water
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
3 Tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
In a bowl mix the water, soy sauce, vegetable oil, lemon pepper and garlic powder. Add the pork chops and make sure they are all covered in marinade.
You could also you a resealable zip top bag for the marinade/chops hookup. Refrigerate for 4-8 hours. Set you stove top indoor grill to medium and let it heat up for a couple of minutes. Grill each side for 1-3 minutes.
Warm the left over marinade to use as sauce if you feel like it. Enjoy.
