2 cups Chicken broth
4 Tablespoons flour
4 Tablespoons butter
1 1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Place a saucepan over medium heat. Add the butter and when it melts add the flour. Whisk the flour until combined and looks a bit pasty. Add the chicken stock. Whisk the mixture until the gravy coats the back of a spoon. Add salt and pepper and stir. Enjoy.
